Postage & Packing I take every care when packaging your order using bubble wrap and / or cardboard
to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
I also use clean recycled packaging materials whenever possible to help the environment.
UK Postage services available are
Royal Mail 1st Class - Free within the UK & Channel Isles
1st class recorded delivery - £2.00 (UK & Channel Isles)
Special Delivery (next day) - £5.00 (UK & Channel Isles)
Standard Airmail International shipping costs are
North America & Canada - £3.95
Europe - £2.95
All other countries - £4.95
Shipping to all International destinations is FREE when you spend £60.00 +
Dispatch Timescale
I aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of cleared payment (Monday - Friday)
Items purchased over the weekend period will be dispatched on the monday morning (except bank holidays)
Please allow an extra 24 hours if your card is to be personalised
(If it is possible, I will dispatch your order sooner.)
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me stating your reasons why
and return within 7 days, with original packaging for a refund.
A refund will not be given for personalised cards in this instance.
The cost of return postage is non refundable.
In the unlikely event your purchases arrive damaged, please email me and return within 7 days,
with original packaging for a full refund
